Laurel Aitken - Woppi King (Original 1969 Recordings)

Laurel aitken, conocido como el padrino del ska y el jefe de los skinheads.
Nació en cuba en 1927, pero a sus 11 años se traslado a jamaica, donde comenzó a cantar calypso para los turistas.
En 1958, hizo una de las primeras grabaciones de ska, "little sheila/boogie in my bones".
En los 60'S emigro a inglaterra representado la música jamaicana.
Finalmente muere en uk en 2005.
